Grillo LLP – Chartered Surveyors’ commitment to training has seen yet another of their team
successfully complete professional training to become a Member (MRICS) of the Royal
Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
John Eddowes joined the Godalming based firm in 2016, training alongside other Surveyors
and Tom Grillo and David Lewis, who are both Fellows of the Royal Institution of Chartered
In order to satisfy RICS requirements, John needed to obtain at least two years practical
experience with a firm that provides a range of services expected of a Chartered Surveyor.
During his training, John was involved in all aspects of Residential Survey and Valuation
work including Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and Leasehold Reform, for which the
Firm is especially renowned.
Commenting on John’s Success, David Lewis said: ‘I am delighted for John, who I have
worked closely with and who clearly put in a great deal of time and effort to ensure he was
successful. I am also pleased to see that our commitment to training continues to produce
Chartered Surveyors with the highest standards that come to be expected of this firm”.
